Graduate – Commercial & Quality Associate

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and curious graduate to join our “Inner Circle” team, working at the heart of our Finance & Commercial and Quality & Compliance functions.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to explore both commercial and quality disciplines, develop a broad skill set, and gradually find their area of specialism over time. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals across the business, gaining exposure to how a growing tech company operates, contracts, delivers, and maintains high standards of quality and compliance.

We’re looking for someone who is dynamic, detail-oriented, and excited to start their career in a fast-paced technology environment. This role is ideal for a “do-er” — someone who takes initiative, enjoys getting stuck in, and thrives on learning by doing.

This role is expected to start in Summer 2026. Applicants must have successfully completed their degree and be able to provide confirmation of their final graduation result prior to their start date.

Responsibilities

Commercial & Finance Exposure

  • Supporting the contracting processes with both large and small organisations
  • Gaining experience in understanding terms and conditions, procurement regulations, and commercial requirements
  • Assisting with costing projects and contracts
  • Aligning product and pricing strategy
  • Working closely with teams across the business to ensure contractual commitments are clearly understood and delivered
  • Supporting the administration of key compliance and commercial documentation
  • Understanding and supporting our procurement processes and build relationships with our suppliers

Quality & Compliance Exposure

  • Learning and supporting key business processes and continual improvement initiatives
  • Assisting the Quality Manager with audits and ISO compliance activities
  • Supporting data protection and compliance reporting
  • Writing, maintaining, and monitoring business process documentation
  • Helping track and report on quality and compliance performance

Personal Qualities & Experience:

We’re looking for a motivated graduate who is excited to start their career in a growing technology business and wants to build a strong foundation across both commercial and quality disciplines. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet — what matters most is your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

  • Education & Interest – A graduate from any degree background, with a keen interest in business operations and how key internal functions work together to support a successful organisation. The ideal candidate will have graduated in the last 3 years.
  • Detail-Oriented – Someone who takes pride in producing accurate, well-organised work and enjoys working with documentation, processes, and data
  • Proactive – A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative, asking questions, and owning tasks from start to finish
  • Problem-Solver – Curious about how things work and motivated to improve processes, systems, and ways of working
  • Communicative – Confident working with different teams and stakeholders, with clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable – Comfortable in a fast-moving tech environment where priorities can shift and no two days look the same
  • Digital Skills – Familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms, and ideally, some experience with AI tools.

Bonus (but not essential):

  • Commercial Awareness – An interest in contracts, terms and conditions, and how commercial decisions impact the wider business
  • Quality & Compliance – Curiosity about quality systems, audits, data protection, and regulatory requirements

Career Progression & Development

This role is designed as a strong foundation for a long-term career within our business. Over time, there are opportunities to progress into areas such as Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, or wider business functions as our organisation continues to grow.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all career path. Instead, we’ll work with you to understand your strengths, interests, and the needs of the business, helping you shape a progression route that allows you to develop where you can add the most value.

While we can’t promise a specific job title or timeline, we can promise support, development, and exposure. Your progression will be driven by how you apply yourself, the skills you build, and the impact you make — this is a role for someone who wants to show what they’re truly capable of.
