Project Technical Lead
We are seeking an experienced technical project lead/manager to oversee delivery across a variety of projects involving software and hardware development and integration, primarily in the video space. The ideal candidate is able to apply a broad technical knowledge base in a practical manner to ensure projects are successful on a technical level. Strong problem solving skills and a hands-on approach are critical.
Work with the project manager to provide oversight throughout the entire project delivery. Ensuring success as defined by adherence to project requirements, budget, and timeline
Carry out research in order to make well informed technical decisions
Communicate proactively with involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions and unblock technical issues
Manage engineering resources for
Identify and de-risk potential project problems as early as possible
Liase with client technical resources.
Be a hands-on resource as and when needed to fill in gaps
Oversee acquisition of resources and materials as needed
Job Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Excellent problem-solving skills
Minimum five years experience in industrial level video system projects, including development work and interactions with customers Hands-on experience in at least one programming language
Graduate ML/CV Engineer
We are seeking someone with Machine Learning/Computer Vision skills to work on a variety of projects involving software and hardware integration, focussing mainly on the digital video.
The person we are looking for will be an enthusiastic individual with an enquiring mind. You would be able to research and test different ML/AI/CV ideas to assess their suitability for solving a range of video analytics problems. The projects you would work on would focus on delivering video analytics into real world systems, so a practical and common-sense approach would also be needed.
Your experience of ML/CV techniques can have been gained through formal or informal routes – from work experience, your own learning, or from BSc in Computer Science or related field. You must enjoy problem solving and have the determination to see these problems through to a resolution.
